The app is in preparation and not yet in the stores. The honest alternative today: Metastance on the web is built for phones — open a conversation in your browser and, if you like, add it to your home screen. Your account will carry straight over to the app when it ships.
One product, two surfaces
Identical conversations, identical method, identical safety rules — one backend.
Sign in with the same email on both. Premium bought on the web works in the app, and the other way around.
Guest conversations are never stored on either surface, and saved history follows the same 365-day rule.
What the app adds
Native sign-in with Apple or Google, subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play if you prefer them to a card, and a home-screen presence that does not depend on a browser. What it deliberately does not add: notifications that nag, widgets that guilt, or anything else designed to pull you back. You open it when something is worth thinking through.
What it is not
The same thing the rest of Metastance is not: therapy, or a crisis service. If you need real help, these are the people to contact — on any surface.
