Support
Most things are self-serve on purpose. A person exists for the rest.
Metastance is not a crisis service and support email is not read around the clock. The real help page lists emergency numbers and crisis lines by country — start there, not here.
Cancel or manage a web subscription in your Stripe settings — the link is on your account page. Bought in the App Store or Google Play? Cancel there; we cannot do it for you, by design. Cancelling never deletes your conversations.
Both are one click on the account page: export downloads everything we hold about you as a file, and delete removes it permanently — no email, no waiting period, no retention "for quality purposes". The details live in the privacy policy.
Password resets go through the sign-in screen itself ("Forgot password"). If you signed up with Apple or Google, there is no Metastance password to reset — use the same provider button again.
What neurosemantics is, what the evidence does and does not support, and why the product refuses some things on purpose: the explainer and the FAQ answer the common ones without hedging.
Reaching a person
Email support@metastance.app and a human reads it. Include the email address on your account if it concerns your account — and never include the content of a conversation you would not want in an inbox; we do not need it to help you.
We answer within a few days, honestly rather than instantly. There is no chatbot behind the support address — the irony would be too much.
